
Slow Flow + Breath work + Meditation
Unwind with a down-tempo, rejuvenating flow designed to ground your body and balance your energy. This class weaves together gentle breathwork, somatic movement, and flowing elements of Qi Gong and Tai Chi. We’ll close with meditative practices to calm the mind and restore the nervous system. Set to mellow tunes and soft ambient lighting, each session invites you to release stagnant energy, recharge, and reconnect with your inner cosmos.
Location : Class will be held in a private studio called backspace which is located behind the building at 761 S. Front St., Columbus, OH. It's a blue one-story house nestled between Front St. and Bank St. You'll enter through the back gate where you see the sign backspace.
The studio has blocks, blankets, straps and bolsters to support your practice. If you have your own props you'd like to use, feel free to bring them with you.
Parking : Off-street parking is available in the adjacent lot, as well as street parking on Front St. and Bank St.
Registration : Capacity is limited, so pre-registration is required to reserve your spot. If you are unable to attend class, please make sure to cancel within 4 hours so that a wait-listed student can take your place. Refunds will not be made to those who cancel outside of the cancellation window.
